Due to its rectangular shape and relative flat height of 10 cm. This bolster is very versatile. It can help you with a slight lift during seated poses such as Dandasana (Staff Pose), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold) or Virasanaand (Hero Pose), and you can use it in your meditation practice with Sukhasana (Easy Pose).

The shape makes it useful as both a neck support in lying positions and is perfect for all restorative yoga positions. It is easy to use and easy to move around, so you get exactly the support you need.

Material and wash:
 The cover is 100% organic cotton and can be washed at 30 degrees. It has a handle at one end, which makes it easy for you to move the pillow around.
